Care and Cleaning of your
SinkWorks™ Custom Copper Sink

A container of Wright's Copper Cream has been included with your sink. If you don't like the deep tarnished look copper gets over time when exposed to air and water, a quick wipe with Wright's and a hot water rinse is all it takes to bring your sink back to a bright copper color.

If you enjoy the "old, tarnished look", simply do nothing! Thriving on neglect, your sink will develop a rich brown patina in a few months and will look like it's been in your house for many years. Remarks like "Where did you get that old copper sink?" will be quite common!

Copper is a very soft metal, and it's why we cradle all of our custom sinks in a birch plywood box. Your sink will dent if a heavy pan is dropped into it or onto the rim if it's a self-rimming unit.
